Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Smooth Jazz Blast website, game, player accounts, cloud services, events, virtual items, and future paid features.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Smooth Jazz Blast, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms are a production-ready operational draft and should be reviewed by your attorney before public commercial launch.

2. Player accounts

You may play locally without an account. Cloud save, account recovery, leaderboard identity, synchronized entitlements, and certain events require a Firebase-authenticated account.

You are responsible for account credentials and activity.
Provide accurate registration information.
Do not share or sell accounts.
We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, automation, cheating, or security attacks.

3. Game services and virtual items

Levels, Groove Coins, Smooth Gems, boosters, lives, cosmetic themes, event scores, achievements, and other virtual content are licensed for personal entertainment use. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the game unless required by law.

Features, schedules, balance, rewards, and content may change to maintain fairness, safety, availability, and quality.

4. Purchases and restoration

Website-only builds may display products that become purchasable through supported native stores. Paid transactions must be completed through an approved payment or app-store provider. Refunds are governed by the applicable provider and law.

Purchase restoration restores verified entitlements; it does not create duplicate premium currency.

5. Prohibited conduct

Cheating, score manipulation, automation, or exploiting defects.
Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, servers, Firebase data, or APIs.
Uploading unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
Interfering with another player’s access or the service’s operation.
Reverse engineering except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of events, or preservation of local-only progress. Cloud save reduces risk but players should keep account credentials current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
